Who? Performers Advantage specializes in thorough assessments, semi-private training for everyone. We are RESULTS oriented. Whether you haven't exercised in 20 years or are an elite athlete, there is a group for you. Exercise modified to the individuals in group.
What? Build friendships & gain fitness through functional sports training and fitness. All groups include pre-test on first dayand post-test on the last day.
Where are classes held? Kettle Moraine Fitness Center/Recreation Room at Kettle Moraine Ice Center
Registration/Waiver Form: Must be completed prior to first session.

Classes for Performance Athletes
A great performance is no accident!
These unique classes are designed for figure skaters, dancers, gymnasts, swimmers, musicians, equestrians, actors and other performance athletes! The focus is core training, posture & alignment, flexibility and some ground based footwork. Please feel free to call (262) 353-6544 to find out more about these classes.

Tuesdays 4:10-5:10pm or 6-7pm

Class Cancellations/Refunds
Due to low enrollment or unforeseen event: Performers Advantage reserves the right to cancel classes if suffiicient enrollment is not met. Full refunds will be issued.
Refunds: We cannot offer refunds for classes except in the case of injury or illness. Please provide proof of injury/illness from physician and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of the remaining classes.
Due to weather: If the West Bend School District has cancelled schools, all classes will be cancelled. We will make every effort to make up the date.
