Performance Assessments

Performance Assessments are geared towards the performance athlete. All assessments are customized based on your current fitness level, age, ability and sport. 

Condensed Performance Assessment: $40

After receiving a flexibility screen, we will assess your strength, alignment, power and balance.  Learn the most critical exercises to move you towards your goals! (30 minutes)  Ages 5-8 only

Basic Performance Assessment: $55

Test with a partner and save   

After learning how to warm-up properly, you will receive a basic fitness assessment to evaluate flexibility, strength, balance, alignment and power. You will be shown several key exercises based on the results of the fitness assessment and a thorough stretching program.   Test with a partner and pay only $40 each.  (60 minutes)

Comprehensive Performance Assessment and Program Design: $80

Session 1: After learning how to warm-up properly, you will receive a comprehensive fitness assessment to evaluate flexibility, strength, balance, alignment, endurance and power. Next, you will be shown a thorough stretching program as well as a few key exercises. We will begin to talk about your life goals as well as establish performance goals. (45 minutes)

Session 2: After reviewing the warm-up, you will be shown a customized strength and conditioning program based on your goals and the results of the fitness assessment. We will begin to establish action steps to progress you towards your goals. (45 minutes)

Group or Team Assessments

Have a group of athletes who would like to improve performance and prevent injuries? Get the customization of a one-on-one assessment while staying on budget. Once a date is established, appointments will be staggered throughout the day. This is efficient for me so I can pass on the savings to you! Price varies according to test options and number of performance athletes. Contact me for more information.

Fitness Assessment

Basic Fitness Assessment: $40 

Running a marathon? Tired of being a coach potato?  Whatever your reason for wanting to improve your fitness level, a fitness assessment is the way to start. Not one assessment is the same because we base it on your goals! (30 minutes)
